Support
CTi provide remote support on all installed equipment and software that includes:
- Help-Desk Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Remote configuration and any program changes
- Remote software upgrades
- Advice and best practice ideas
- Replacement unit for failed hardware whilst yours is in repair: a pre-10am / pre-1pm / next day delivery with a support contract or with a "Pay as you Go" service.
- Dedicated easy to use support tool.

CTi are fully accredited to support your system and attend manufacturer training courses to ensure we are fully up-to-date with the latest developments.
No waiting - the person who answers the phone should be able to start working on your problem immediately.
This is provided via an annual support contract or via "Pay as you Go" with a £50 Incident fee which includes the first 10 minutes work, then additional time is charged at £60 per hour.
Out of hours support
CTi don't officially supply out of hours support but when a customer phones us on our mobiles we have always helped the support charges are:
Incident fee £0 if you have a support contract £100 if you don't
Monday to Friday
6:00am to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm time and a half
10:00 pm to 6:00 am double time
Saturday
midnight to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to midnight double time
9:00 am to 6:00 pm time and a half
Sunday and bank holidays including the 3 "normal" days between Christmas and New Year
midnight to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to midnight double time and a half
9:00 am to 6:00 pm double time
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday

We don't just work for businesses but in the domestic home environment too. Especially in and around Cheltenham also will fix phone line problems in your house when BT don't want to do anything. We charge at our normal hourly rate for the time we are away from our office on your behalf.
