Installation and Training
We understand both Telephone and Computer Systems, which means you can have a single point of contact to take you from an empty building / building site to a fully integrated office with all the IT requirements that is needed in the 21st century.
This starts with a site plan, with the desks marked on it, once those all have at least a double socket by it then to allow for moves and changes, look at the plan and allocate socket in the areas without any. Or if you are using Wi-Fi we need to look at numbers of users and construction of the building so we can allocate units to provide optimum coverage.
We can organise the phone / Internet lines to be installed next to the comms cabinet, from there they can be patched through to anywhere in the building.
Once the cabling / connectivity is in we can install the data switches, phone system, routers and firewall. Then connect all the phones, computers and printers to the network, get them talking to each other and accessing the outside world.
We can set the PCs up so data is stored in the right place enabling it to be centrally backed up, we can load and configure applications.
We can train you and your staff on how to get the most from your technology set-up, phone system, phone software, office applications, data storage, backup, disaster recovery etc.
