vMAP
This is the SpliceCom SV1000 phone system control software running on your own VM or on our hosted platform with its own SUSE Linux image.
SpliceCom MAP
To simplify installation, management and on-going support further still, SpliceCom provide a Mini PC - their own MultiApp Platform (MAP), pre-loaded with the SV1000 phone system, Vision Business Management Suite and SSL Gateway for secure remote connectivity, which can be run simultaneously on the same MAP.
CTi SpliceCom Mini PC
CTi have found SpliceCom MAPs to be very reliable units, a little bulky when they need to be sent to, or returned from site and if they have a problem, it is normaly with the traditional hard disk drive. To avoid these issues and improve performance we now provide our own CTi SpliceCom Mini PC with the same functionality as the original SpliceCom MAP
