Avaya IP Office We stopped selling the IP Office when Avaya went into Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, since then Avaya have insisted everyone upgrades to the latest firmware, and have stopped issuing licences for system that have not upgraded. This means that unless you are prepared to spend about £500 on upgrading your control unit and replace anything that is no longer support, which includes control hardware, some phone models and Phone Manager, you have to stick with what you have. We are happy to support older Avaya IP Office 500 systems, as well as supply replacement and extra hardware. With our iSIP converter we can connect your ISDN IP Office to SIP VoIP without it seeing any change and you can make the big savings on your monthly phone bill. We also supply and support earlier versions with almost identical functionality. So just ask if you need second-hand / used IP Office 400 series or it’s parent the Network Alchemy Argent Office, Argent Branch and CyberGear Gold systems, or help with your exiting one. |

Draytek IP-PBX and BX 2000 After making these lovely little phone systems, Draytek has unfortunately withdrawn from the telecoms market. We however, still provide support on both the Draytek IP-PBX & BX2000. The IPPBX was based on the Draytek 2820, connected to ASDL and had two ISDN2e ports, while the BX2000 which replaced it was based on the Draytek 2860 both were very low-cost, licence free, basic phone system with voicemail. Each user was licence free, so adding more extensions couldn't be cheaper, being just cost the price of the phone or app on your smartphone. |
