How to setup PCS60 on a MAC to partner a Yealink phone

On a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC Navigate Pro can work as a Softphone or it can Partner with your desk phone, on a MAC you use PCS60. In either mode you get the status of colleges phones, one click calling / call transfer, full call history, easy directory access.

1. Download PCS60 on your MAC https://max.splicecom.com/PCS60-Mac-4.0.125.dmg

2. Run PCS60-Mac-4.0.125.dmg

3. Follow the guide or just

   1. Select Centralised Partner mode

   2. Gatekeeper is normaly yourorganisation.cticom.ms

      i.e. bloggs.cticom.ms Check with CTi

   3. Port is 4018

   4. HotDesk Number is your Extension Number

   5. HotDesk Code is on the list CTi gave you

   

4. Save and Restart PCS60
